Personnel and project resources are selected and briefed according to the work scope and applicable requirements.
Work planning considers foreseeable hazards and appropriate control measures before activities commence.
We support toolbox talks, permit-to-work requirements, housekeeping and disciplined site execution.
Project teams are expected to understand applicable emergency arrangements and escalation procedures.
Activities are planned to reduce unnecessary emissions, spills, waste and other avoidable environmental impacts.
Lessons learned, observations and project feedback are used to strengthen future performance.
Where specialist manpower, equipment or services are provided by subcontractors, KLS Maritime expects project partners to demonstrate appropriate competence, manpower capability, statutory compliance, safe working practices and adequate insurance for the contracted scope.
Subcontractors will be required to comply with applicable client and site HSE requirements and with the terms of the relevant subcontract. KLS Maritime will retain appropriate oversight of project execution and HSE performance.
